Delivery and chilled products
We currently deliver within selected regions of the United Kingdom.
Orders are shipped using insulated packaging designed to help keep products chilled during transit. Once delivered, products should be refrigerated as soon as possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure somebody is available to receive the order, or that suitable delivery instructions are provided where accepted by the courier.
We are not responsible for product deterioration caused by failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or delays outside of our reasonable control once the order has been dispatched.
