Rebel Kitchen Coconut Water is 100% pure coconut water made from young green coconuts. It contains just one ingredient and nothing else — no added sugar, no concentrates, and nothing artificial.
Not all coconut water is the same. Ours is made from young green coconuts, bottled at source, and minimally processed to preserve its crisp, clean taste. The result is a lighter, fresher coconut water that tastes closer to how it does straight from the coconut.
Our coconut water can naturally turn pink over time. This happens when naturally occurring antioxidants react with light and oxygen. It’s completely safe to drink.
Yes. Our coconut water naturally contains potassium — an electrolyte naturally found in coconuts. Each 100ml serving contains 220mg of potassium (11% NRV).
No. Our coconut water is never made from concentrate.

Storage & Freshness
How to store our coconut water and enjoy it at its best.
Yes. Rebel Kitchen coconut water is a chilled, perishable and should be refrigerated as soon as it arrives. Because it’s minimally processed, it should always be kept chilled and consumed before the use-by date shown on the bottle.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours for the best taste.
We guarantee a minimum remaining shelf life of 30 days on all orders. In many cases, your coconut water will arrive with even longer remaining shelf life. Because our coconut water is a fresh, chilled product, shelf life can vary slightly between batches. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to let you know the current stock dates before dispatch.
Our coconut water is designed to be kept refrigerated rather than frozen. If you need to freeze it, freeze within the use-by-date shown on the bottle and drink within 24 hours of defrost. Freezing may slightly affect the texture and appearance once thawed.
Our coconut water gets its great taste from the young green coconuts that go into making it. We don’t heat treat our coconut water or add anything to it — it doesn’t need it. Because coconuts are a natural ingredient, the taste can vary slightly from batch to batch.

How we support the communities behind our coconut water through the Rebel Kitchen Community Relief Fund.
The Rebel Kitchen Community Relief Fund supports the factory workers and supplier communities in the Philippines who make our coconut water.
We commit 1% of our purchases to the fund. It is managed by a long-standing local partner in the Philippines, who distributes support directly to communities when it’s needed most.
When disaster strikes, the fund helps provide temporary shelter, medicine, rebuilding materials and other essential support to help families recover.
