Coconut Water Mint Cooler

Ingredients

Lemon Juice
Maple Syrup
Fresh Mint
Lemon
Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Rebel Kitchen Coconut Water

 

Directions

  1. Use a highball glass (around 250ml)
  2. Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, mint and lemon round to the glass and muddle until aromatic.
  3. Add the Club Soda (or Sparkling Water) and Coconut Water, stir gently and serve.
