Rebel Mylkshake Four Ways

Mirjam (Insta: @mimsilicious) whipped up four variations of Rebel Kitchen mylkshakes – so you can find one for every drinking occasion.  The perfect healthy smoothie bowl come morning, noon or night. You’ll have trouble choosing one….


Green Energy Mylkshake

330 ml Matcha Mylk
2 frozen banana
1 tsp. spirulina
Handful of ice

Optional toppings
Coconut yoghurt
Bee pollen

Chocaholic Mylkshake

330 ml Chocolate Mylk
2 frozen banana
1 tbsp raw cacao
Handful of ice

Optional toppings
Raw cacao nibs

Banana Bonanza Mylkshake

One and 1/2 200ml Banana Mylk (about 300ml)
2 frozen banana
Handful of ice

Optional toppings
Toasted coconut pieces

Caramel Coffee Mylkshake

330 ml Coffee Mylk
2 frozen bananas
1 tsp. maca powder
Handful of ice

Optional toppings
Toasted coconut pieces
Raw cacao powder


Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and turn on high until everything is velvety smooth. Pour into a high pitch glass and sprinkle over some additional cacao powder.

All of these recipes make delicious smoothies bowls for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Simply add an extra frozen banana and sprinkle over as many toppings as you like to elevate your breakfast on the go. Rebel Kitchen smoothie bowls are a fantastic alternative to using yogurt or other dairy products for your muesli or granola.
