Rebel Kitchen Chai Spiced Popsicles

Chai Spiced Chocolate Covered popsicles, created by our blogger of the month Bettina (Instagram: @bettinas_kitchen).


For the popsicles:

2  cartons Rebel Kitchen Chai Mylk
1 tsp Vanilla powder or 1 Vanilla pod


For the topping:

1/2 cup (115 g) Coconut oil
3 tbs of high quality Cacao
1-2 tbs Agave syrup
2 tbs chopped pistachios


Popsicle moulds


In a bowl mix the Chai Mylk with the vanilla and stir in.

Prepare your moulds and gently fill them with the mylk mixture. Let them set in the freezer.

Once set start preparing the chocolate cover by combining coconut oil, agave and cacao in a saucepan. Gently heat the mixture while stirring. Once the coconut oil is melted and all the ingredients are combined take it off the heat. It’s important not to over-heat, as it will separate. Chop pistachios and set aside.

When ready take your popsicles out of the freezer and out of the moulds. Lay them on a plate or parchment paper. Dip or drizzle the chocolate mixture on top and sprinkle some pistachios.Enjoy straight away or pop back in the freezer for later!
