Mocha Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are guaranteed to make getting up early a doddle.

Sort them out the night before (in approx. 3 mins), stick ’em in the fridge et voila! Find a delicious breakfast ready and waiting for you when you awaken.

If you fancy yours on-the-go divide the mix into Tupperware or jars, add your preferred topping, then pop it in your bag with a spoon to take on your merry way. Thanks Olivia Williamson (aka @the_cashewtree) for this one.


200ml Rebel Kitchen Chocolate Mylk
200ml Rebel Kitchen Coffee Mylk
180g Oats
100g Coconut yogurt (Rebel Kitchen Original or your preferred choice)
Date syrup to taste

To serve

Your favourite chocolate, chopped roughly
More yogurt/ coconut yogurt
Toasted nuts
A drizzle of date or maple syrup


Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl and stir well so that everything is mixed together. Use date/ maple syrup to sweeten as you like, then cover with clingfilm and pop it in the fridge overnight.

Finish off with your favourite toppings. Sub nuts for handfuls of fruit if you prefer.
