How do you make dairy free Pancakes?



2 1/2 cups rolled oats (250 g)
1 cup Mylk (250 ml)
1/4 cup coconut sugar/ agave/ maple (65 g)
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Blend the oats in the blender to grind them.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until
  3. Generously coat frying pan with non-stick spray or oil.Ladle a spoonful of batter onto pan and cook, filliping half way like a professional.
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings, fruit, more maple etc.
