How do you make dairy free Creamy Mushroom Pasta?
3-4 cups pasta of choice
3-4 cups assorted mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
Dollop of Dijon Mustard
½ cup Mylk
2 tablespoons of dairy free yogurt
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Drizzle of coconut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- Place pasta in boiling water, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, place onions and garlic in a large pan and drizzle with coconut oil. Pan fry for 5-10 minutes until golden, adding in the mushrooms in at the end and frying for 5 more minutes.
- Once everything is cooked, drain your pasta and stir through your mushrooms, onions, garlic, Mylk, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
