How do you make dairy free Béchamel/ White Sauce
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 cups Mylk
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp Dijon
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour (vigorously) until smooth and bubbly.
- Gradually add the Mylk, while whisking, until smooth.
- Season and stir in Dijon and Nutritional Yeast for a cheesy kick.
