How do you make dairy free Béchamel/ White Sauce


3 tbsp Coconut Oil

2 cups Mylk

3 tbsp flour

4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Salt and Pepper

1 tbsp Dijon


  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour (vigorously) until smooth and bubbly.
  3. Gradually add the Mylk, while whisking, until smooth.
  4. Season and stir in Dijon and Nutritional Yeast for a cheesy kick.
