Beet the Monday blues and whizz up this bad boy. Starring our very own Coconut Water. Add some turmeric for an extra kick 😉
Small handful of blueberries and raspberries.
Handful of spinach.
Half a teaspoon of turmeric.
250ml of Coconut water
1 inch piece of ginger (optional)
Whizz together in a blender!
