Rebel Kitchen Barista Mylk
Blend of Plants, Tastes like Milk.
Made for coffee, our Barista Mylk was created alongside world-renowned Coffee Expert James Hoffmann. It’s the only plant based alternative that tastes and works like dairy milk and is the perfect choice for lasting latte art with it’s silky texture and tight microfoam.
Ingredients: Spring water, oats*, coconut cream*, sunflower oil*, faba bean protein*, sunflower seed extract*, nutritional yeast, acidity regulator (potassium carbonate), sea salt. *Organic.

I’m onto my third order of 6 packs. Definitely an all round strong product that can blend with normal full fat milk or works well on its own, with a sweeter flavour than full fat cow milk.
Website payment problems with PayPal and also the subscription payments.
You could argue it’s my skill that’s at fault, but I don’t remember having as long a period of adjustment transitioning from cow’s milk to my previous substitute. With that little extra effort though, creamy flat whites await with this finely crafted product.
One thing on a packaging note though: There has to be a better delivery mechanism than the sellotape cocoon the six-pack comes in.
I use this in my coffee as it steams well and makes an excellent latte or flat white without using dairy. Very happy and the subscription option means I don’t run out
Having tried a number of different vegetable based barista milks I am very happy with Rebel Kitchen Barista Mylk it is much easer to steam to a consistent level and doesn’t have the artificial stabilisers of some of the others. When I saw James Hoffman's review I was intrigued and it took me a long time to find a litre and try it, over the past few months I have decided having tried this against other products that it works well and tastes great, the micro foam is easier to make and more stable and so I can pour basic latte art (my capability) now have it on a regular delivery and very happy.
