Rebel Red Velvet Smoothie

We don’t want to make this complicated. Because it isn’t. All you need are five simple ingredients and your blender. Easy.

Packed with nutrient-dense foods including beetroot (high in fibre, Vitamin C, and folic acid) and bananas (potassium-rich) this is a very different take on Red Velvet. We think you’ll love it.

Ingredients

330 ml Chocolate Rebel Mylk
1 handful spinach
1 beetroot, peeled and grated
2 bananas
2 medjool dates, pitted

Method

Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and turn on high until everything is velvety smooth. Pour into a high pitch glass and sprinkle over some additional cacao powder.
