Rebel Chai French Toast

½ carton Rebel Chai Mylk
1 egg or egg replacement
2 slices bread of choice
1 tsp coconut oil
½ cup mixed berries
1 tsp maple syrup


Put the mylk and egg in a bowl and whisk with a fork until combined.

Put the bread in the bowl and cover in the mix then leave for 5 minutes to absorb.

Meanwhile, place the berries in a small pan on low heat and cover with water then leave to simmer.

Once the berries are soft, drain the water and add the syrup then set aside.

Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat.

Put the bread in the pan and cook both slices for 3 minutes before flipping and cooking for another 3 minutes.

Once cooked, serve on a plate with the berry compote on top. Done!
