Chai Spiced Pancakes

Sweet, slightly spiced pancakes, perfect for long and lazy weekend breakfasts… if @goodnessisgorgeous’ Chai Pancakes doesn’t make you want to jump out of bed this morning – we don’t know what will. Serve with your fave fruits for this super healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

makes 7-8 pancakes

½ cup of gluten free flour (I use doves farm self raising)
½ cup of oat flour
½ ripe banana
1 cup of Rebel Kitchen Chai Mylk
1 tsp. baking powder

Method

Pre heat your frying pan, making sure that it’s hot enough to make a ‘sizzling’ sound when the batter touches the pan.

Mash the banana and combine with the rest of the ingredients until a batter has formed.

Pour 3 tbsp. of mixture into the pan, using a pancake ring to form your pancake shape. Alternatively spread out using a spoon.

Allow it to cook for a few minutes until bubbles start to form on the top. Flip the pancakes and cook for another minute. Repeat this process with the rest of your batter.

Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup…YUM.
