Why we started


Rebel Kitchen was born out of a need to redefine health. We need to change our approach to health – what constitutes health, the way we make food and how businesses operate within the food space.

First. Health isn’t just about food. It’s how we relate to ourselves and each other. We need to treat ourselves with more love. And yes a big part of it starts with what we put in our bodies. So let’s make it taste awesome so it’s not a sacrifice.

Second. Food needs to be food – grown in and coming from nature. Without additives, preservatives or refined sugar.

Third. It’s about healthy business practices within the food space – from the team down to the entire supply chain.

It’s a different kind of health message – one that doesn’t separate the individual from the whole, and one that is based on actions instead of preaching.
